Senior Executive


This pivotal role offers the chance to shape our growth strategy in Germany, with a focus on customer base expansion, effective cost management, and high-quality leadership. You will lead the management team of Deublin GmbH, reporting directly to the global COO. Deublin is the global leader in rotary unions, and our Mainz facility plays a key role in this success, contributing € 45 million in revenue and employing 150 people. Drive operational improvements through VA/VE, lean management and establish a zero-waste culture in our manufacturing site in Mainz. Implement smart manufacturing solutions, leverage automation and data analytics to enhance efficiency, quality, and transparency in production processes. Increase market share by utilizing our full product range across premium and mid-market segments. Continue the cultural change of the organization from a traditional management style towards a leadership approach that fosters innovation, collaboration and ownership, while maintaining the high commitment of all our colleagues. Leadership: Strong general management experience, including driving operational improvements and manufacturing efficiency for complex, technology-driven products, as well as fostering customer success and growth. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, business, or a related field.
