• Collaboration and Guidance in Development: Work hand in hand with global teams from strategy, product and IT development to ensure that we offer purposeful digital solutions and services providing state of the art experience in Digital Healthcare
• Market and Customer Representation: Collect insights from our markets and target audiences and incorporate them into the strategic development of our products and solutions
• Go-to-Market, Market Launch and Implementation: Plan Business Cases and Empower local marketing and sales teams, actively supporting them in the launch, implementation, scaling, and marketing of digital solutions
• Training and Support: Empower local teams through targeted training, workshops, and ongoing support to effectively market our solutions
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor market performance based on KPIs, analyze results, and develop measures for the continuous optimization of strategies

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in the development, marketing and implementation of digital products, preferably in an international environment
• Passion for digital innovations and their potential to transform healthcare
• Strong project management skills
• Communication skills and enthusiasm for working with intercultural and cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to implement practical solutions
• Analytical understanding and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Initiative, team spirit, and motivation to take on responsibility in a versatile and dynamic role
