Owning the strategic direction of the Customer Care and CX product
Managing complexities arising from multiple delivery teams and stakeholders
Leading the translation of business goals into ambitions on a complex level

Acting as a span breaker to ensure effective communication flow across teams
Ensuring effective discovery and delivery processes within complex products

Strong management skills with the ability to exemplify company values and principles
